This two-hour workshop provides an introduction to N.E.A.R (Neuroscience, Epigenetics, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and Resilience) research. These elements' knowledge empowers us to shift dynamics in our community to prevent high ACE scores, build connection, and foster resilience. After the introductory workshop, participants can sign up to meet once in a month to deepen the understanding of resilience development and factors affecting it.
