The workshop is designed for participants to form a sense of community. This can only happen when attendees are open to sharing their experiences, reflections, and ideas. Workshop attendees are asked to be active participants throughout the entire session. This involves having your camera on for at least part of the session, taking an active role in small group conversations, and being fully present during the entire session.
