STARS Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Plan Webinar April 29, 2026
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is an ongoing practice that helps your program reflect, adapt and improve so you can better support children, families, and staff over time. The CQI Plan is where your ideas take shape. It’s a chance to think through your goals and the objectives, and figure out how to get there. The CQI Plan is an important and required part of your STARS Application, for every STARS level. During this introductory webinar we will review what the CQI Plan is, why it’s important and how to complete one.

This will be an hour-long webinar with an extra 30 minutes of questions at the end. There will be 30 minutes of work after the webinar is completed, leading to a total of 2 hours of training time.
