STARS Level 1 Community of Practice (CoP) Hailey Paschold July 10, 2026

Work together with peers and a SPARQS Quality Support Specialist to develop your program's STARS CQI application for quality recognition in Vermont. Participants will collaborate with other educators to share ideas and strategies currently used within programs, choose evidence to display that work and complete a STARS-approvable CQI Plan for their desired STARS level over 4 sessions. Sessions will cover STARS and CQI overview, adult-child interactions, family and youth engagement, responsive practice, data collection strategies, internal and external assessment tools and strategies, goal setting skills, Strengthening Families Framework™, Vermont Early Learning Standards, and developmentally appropriate practice.
