Are you new to the ITERS-3? Have you been using it for a while, but still have questions about certain items in the scale? In this weekly training series we will break down the Infant Toddler Environment Rating Scale, Third Edition, and discuss one item per week. Our presenter will spend 30 minutes explaining the item of the week, leaving the last 15 minutes for questions. Participants can sign up for all the sessions, or register for individual sessions based on information needed. **The March 3 session will cover Item 8: Safety Practices. While no stimulating environment can be made completely safe for young children, the intent of this training will be to discuss safety hazards and to identify ways to lower the risk of injury by minimizing those hazards.**
