The concepts of diversity and inclusion are hot topics in our country right now and most white cis-gender people don't feel confident leading these conversations with children. This session will explore resources, talk about strategies, and help you to identify ways to ensure every child feels they belong in your program. We'll also take time to discuss why these conversations and learning experiences are vital for children living in largely homogeneous spaces and provide strategies to help you facilitate great conversations with your children and their families
