Teaching for Social Justice in Early Childhood Educaiton January 30, 2020
Participants will examine their knowledge of equity and inclusion in early childhood education. They will define: race, gender, and class in the context of historically marginalized communities, and examine how those definitions and biases inform educational practice. Participants will analyze and discuss these critical issues situated in the context of their teaching practices with children.
