Temperament Basics & Nurturance Styles Understood October 8, 2019
This training will include participants completing a DISC Temperament Style assessment, then an explanation of DISC as it relates to teaching and understanding children. It will provide strategies for knowing how to adjust with different temperament styles and how to communicate effectively with children and families according to their profiles. From there we will look at nurturance styles and understand how to meet those needs of children throughout the day. We will look at specific strategies, and participants will leave with tools for implementation, reflection, and accountability for teachers.
