Our human emotions are powerful; they act like primitive instincts to help us stay safe, learn, bond, and mature. Just as we support children's intellectual and physical development, we have a vital support role in children's emotional development. Objectives: Participants will be able to: 1) Review and share learning from the first training, Understanding Emotions I. 2) Support children in feeling and integrating their emotions (stages 3 and 4 in emotional development).
