Participants will: 1. Demonstrate an understanding of how stress and trauma in early childhood can impact development, self regulation, and behaviors. 2. Demonstrate an understanding of Executive Functioning Skills. 3. Demonstrate an understanding of three major components to building relationships with children; self-awareness; careful observation and flexibility of responses.
