Vision Boards September 26, 2019
A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on specific goals to maximize your visualization practice. Participants will a) view a mix of some videos of popular people of the world who believe that Vision Boards have led to their personal success stories, as well as what the presenter has experienced for her own personal growth, b) engage in a mini-meditation exercise with time to consider their individual goals, and c) be given tools to build their own vision board.
