Winter in the Outdoor Classroom September 18, 2020
As the seasons begin to change we know we need to make adaptations to make our outdoor classrooms function in cooler temperatures. Participants will gain tips, tricks, and techniques for keeping the outdoor classroom going with the unique challenges that winter brings. We will examine ways to gather and store a class set of outdoor gear. We will explore ways to embed “routine based curriculum” as a way to address early learning standards outdoors in winter.

This is a 2+2+2 Training. You will have 2 hours of instruction, followed by 2 hours of personal work and the course will culminate with the final 2 hours of instruction.
